MADE TO ORDER

It takes around 20 working days to manufacture each piece.

We use repurposed deadstock and materials sourced from around the U.K in limited quantities, because of this on rarer occasions we may need to offer alternative fabric choices. You will be notified before the transaction is processed.

 

We have chosen to work with made-to-order as a manufacturing process not only because it’s responsible, but each piece is unique to you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Made to order is manufactured once the payment has been fully processed. We aim to dispatch piece(s) within 20 working days from the initial purchase. There may be minor delays due to Covid 19.

You will receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed and a second email when the piece(s) is ready for shipment.

RETURNS 

You can return or request an exchange of one or more products within 14 days from the date you received the package.

​

Items must be returned in the same perfect condition, unused, with original packaging and labels.

​

You will need to provide proof of purchase.

​

Please note no refunds or exchanges are permitted on Made-to-order or Bespoke pieces unless there is a fault. Email: info@treddenick.co.uk  and include your order number. Please see example below:

Once your return is received we will send you a confirmation email. We will require 3-5 Working days to inspect and notify you of approval or rejection of the refund or exchange for other goods.

If the refund is approved we will send a refund confirmation email.

 

The price of one or more products purchased will be issued back to the original payment method after 5 working days. This may differentiate depending on your financial institution.

 

Jake Treddenick LTD reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with the U.K government's returns policy.

EXCHANGES 

We only offer exchange on items that are defective or damaged. We would need you to follow the returns policy with detailed images of the defective or damage to goods.

 

If the exchange is approved we will notify you through email. We will then offer to exchange or offer a credit note, but not a refund.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of your purchase.You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched, if you require a tracking number please contact: info@jaketreddenick.com.

 

International customers please note:

 

Ordering products for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified location. You will be responsible for any payment of such import duties and taxes. Unfortunately we do not have control over these charges and therefore cannot inform you of their amounts. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
