JAKE TREDDENICK LTD offers a bespoke service for those seeking unique, made-to-measure pieces.

• To inquire about a bespoke piece, please email info@treddenick.co.uk with ‘Bespoke Enquiry’ and a description of your request in the subject line.

  • Example: SUBJECT: ‘Bespoke Enquiry / Product Description’

• We provide consultation, fittings, and alterations as part of the bespoke process.

• All bespoke pieces require a deposit before work begins, with full payment due before completion.

• Due to the custom nature of these garments, all bespoke sales are final and non-refundable unless a fault is found.

READY to WEAR

Our Ready-to-Wear collection consists of pre-designed pieces available for purchase online and in select retail locations.

​

• Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

• You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement and another once your item has been dispatched.

• Stock availability is limited due to our focus on sustainable sourcing. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return or request an exchange for Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:​

• Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and labels.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Email info@treddenick.co.uk with ‘Return’ and the date of purchase in the subject line.

  • Example: SUBJECT: 'Return / 00.00.0000'

• If the item is faulty, attach clear images to support your claim.

• We will confirm receipt of your return and inspect the item within 3-5 working days.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days back to the original payment method.
